This society is formed in the name of Late Sri. Chaluvadi Kotaiah, Retired Tahsildar. He was a selfless personality attending to the problems of the society, employees, pensioners on service motive.

He was born on 15-7-1928 at Markapur in the now prakasam district.

He was first an SSLC who developed step by step as Tahsildar and retired in that cadre.

He was the symbol of morality and honesty and integrity. He was straight forward and did not tolerate corruption, irregularities and fought against them

His property is honesty and morality. He served the Revenue cadre while he was in service and even after retirement by filing cases related to service matters in high court and supreme court and fought for their benefits.

In 1996 he died in a mishap while getting down from the bus and died due to brain death in Osmania Hospital

He served with honesty and morality till his last breath. Taking him as an example, inspiration this society is established in 2012

In case of brain death one's organs can be donated to others to give them new life in time of need. We want to spread this information and cause motivation.

Our society will increase awareness of organ donation, eye donation and promote these donations widely. We will mould ourselves like that.

We will encourage the spirit of sports in students and draw out their power of sport. Thereby we will try to give the society good sportsmen. Everyone needs sound mind in a sound body and it is possible only through sports.

We will take due measures to help the orphans and the miserable through our society.
